BIOGRAPHY

Bob Roark is a K-12 technology and service delivery leader focused on operational stability, safety, and public trust in public education. He is brought in when reliability, confidence, or safety-critical systems are at risk—and when calm, accountable execution is required.


Bob’s career spans public education, federal programs, and regulated enterprise environments. Across those settings, his work centers on stabilizing frontline technology services, strengthening governance, reducing operational and regulatory risk, and restoring stakeholder confidence in highly visible and compliance-sensitive environments.


In K-12 education, Bob leads large-scale service delivery functions that support instructional continuity, emergency readiness, equitable access, and responsible stewardship of public resources. His leadership emphasizes service assurance, clear accountability, and outcome-based reporting executives can act on.


Creator of The Grove Method for ITSM Excellence™ and author of four leadership books, including two best-selling IT leadership titles and a best-selling collaborative business publication with Brian Tracy.
